I wanted to name this "being the peeping Tom" but Phil said it woulda sounded too dirty. Ah well. At least we can enjoy being the person behind the bush, stalking at those two.

So. ~unyko's commission, FINALLY done! 8D That was like... the longest art-block I've ever had but I'm glad it's over. And I'm kinda glad that it took its time, as I learned SO much about painting whilst I was still unable to paint myself.

Thanks to Unyko, I got to experiment with colors and reflections(and shading with green <3) and learned a lot! c: Hope this is worth all the waiting, hun!

Ohdude. My comment (and +fav) must have been eaten when we lost power. I was so sure they'd gone through! *facepalm* I shall try to recreate the excitement of the original post (which shouldn't be too hard, since I'm still totally in love with it XD).

I have to say, you did an -awesome- job with the reflected light. Your lighting effects and musculature were always my favorite things about the art you make, and Yohzin there shows 'em off to an amazing effect. *.* Every time I look back up at him, I get caught up in all the little details. The vein in his arm, his claws and teeth, the feathers on his little bird!friend's neck and shoulder... Man. I can't even express how beautiful this all is. If it wasn't already going in my 'mein' favorites folder, it'd totally go in 'just beautiful.'
